BEARINGS

MEXIMPEX SRL exports a large range of URB bearings produced in Romania, and imports bearings for special applications produced in higher precision class (P6, P5) and radial clearance according to the customer request.

LARGE SIZE BEARINGS

Large size heavy duty bearings of different types (thrust ball, tapered, spherical or cylindrical roller bearings, single or several raw) with inner diameter starting from 120mm and outer diameter up to 1600mm; the range can be extended based on the customer’s request.

CROSS TAPERED THRUST ROLLER BEARINGS

Cross tapered roller thrust bearings with outer diameter up to 2430mm made of one outer ring and two inner rings between which the tapered rollers are crosswise placed being separated by plastic spacers. The main dimensions of these bearings are non-standardized and are used for vertical lathes, drilling and milling machines. The mounting is done with preloading in order to obtain a maximum rotation precision.

SLEWING RINGS

Slewing rings with a great variety of constructive types and size, special designed bearings based on the customer request included, for the most diverse applications: cranes for civil engineering works and harbor cranes, truck cranes; hydraulic excavators, rotary platforms including for aerials and radars, steel mills, mining equipment, bogies for tramways and metro trains, casting equipment, wind mills etc.

WORM DRIVES

Worm drives suitable for slow rotation equipment with a continuous or cyclical movement capable of handling combined loads.

Because of its compactness and high rigidity, the worm drive system is used in a variety of applications such as mobile assembly platforms, hydraulic loading cranes on haulage vehicles, extendable rotating ladders, small marine cranes, solar panels, etc.
